Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Platform is currently available in Colombia. Certain features, including government report submission and token rewards, may be limited to users physically located within Colombia.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rewards, verification, or any other platform feature is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@multando.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All traffic infraction reports must be truthful, accurate, and based on events you personally witnessed. You must provide genuine photographic or video evidence captured at the time and location of the infraction.

The Platform uses a community-based verification system where users review and vote on reports submitted by others. By participating in verification, you agree to review reports honestly and in good faith.

You must not collude with other users to verify false reports, use multiple accounts to influence verification outcomes, or deliberately reject valid reports. Such behavior constitutes platform manipulation and will result in suspension.

Verification decisions are advisory. Multando and relevant city authorities retain final authority over whether a report leads to an official traffic citation.

You may stake MULTA tokens for additional rewards at rates determined by the platform. Staking terms, including APY rates and lock-up periods, may change with 30 days' notice. Staked tokens may be subject to an unstaking cooldown period.

Withdrawals to external Solana wallets are subject to daily and monthly limits, processing times, and network fees. Multando reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if fraud or policy infractions are suspected.

By default, Multando creates and manages a custodial wallet on your behalf. Private keys for custodial wallets are encrypted and stored securely. You may access your tokens through the Platform without any blockchain knowledge.

Multando is not liable for changes in the market value of MULTA tokens held in your custodial wallet. We do not provide financial advice, and tokens should not be treated as a financial investment.

You may switch to Advanced Mode at any time to connect your own Solana wallet. In Advanced Mode, you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Multando cannot recover lost external wallet keys.

Developers may access the Platform through our APIs and SDKs subject to separate API terms. API keys are personal and non-transferable. You must keep your API keys confidential.

API usage is subject to rate limits: 60 requests per minute for production, 300 for sandbox. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or key revocation.

Automated scraping, data harvesting, or systematic downloading of Platform content without authorization is prohibited. All integrations must provide appropriate attribution to Multando.

The Multando platform, including its design, code, brand, logos, and documentation, is owned by Multando S.A.S. and protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of the photos and videos you submit as evidence. By uploading content, you grant Multando a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and share your evidence for the purposes of operating the Platform, including sharing with authorities.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Multando does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI analysis, or that all reports will result in official citations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, Multando shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of tokens, loss of data, or third-party claims.

Multando's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the value of MULTA tokens earned by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bogota, Colombia.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 calendar days.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

Multando reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, submit false reports, or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination for infractions, any earned MULTA tokens may be forfeited.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and blockchain data survive termination of these Terms.
